Voor organisaties die in Microsoft 365 zitten is Outlook-Pipedrive sync de logische keuze. Pipedrive heeft hier solide native support — Smart BCC, inbox-sync en agenda-koppeling werken vergelijkbaar met Gmail.
Wat de native koppeling kan
Inbox-sync via Microsoft Graph API: alle e-mail van/aan Pipedrive-contacten verschijnt automatisch in de deal-timeline. Smart BCC werkt identiek aan Gmail. Outlook-agenda kan twee-weg gesynced worden met Pipedrive-activities.
Wat aandacht verdient bij Microsoft 365
OAuth-tokens van Microsoft verlopen vaker dan bij Google — we configureren de koppeling met refresh-token-flow zodat je geen handmatige re-authenticatie nodig hebt. Voor enterprise-tenants met SSO en restrictive conditional access policies controleren we vooraf welke permissions je IT-afdeling moet goedkeuren.
